Memtron can supply our input component devices mounted to a variety of subplates or ridged backers comprised of aluminum, steel, brass, copper, polycarbonate, polyester, FR4, glass, and acrylic, as well as several blended materials. The materials can be outfitted with studs, standoffs, thread holes, windows and milling to meet customer needs.

Depending on the type of backer material, several finishes are also available to meet the electrical and environmental needs of the input device including, but not limited to painting, hard coating, Anodizing, Irradiating, and Zinc Dichromate.

The surface energies of these materials and finishes vary greatly and Memtron has the experience and expertise to marry the correct mounting adhesive with the correct backer or subplate.
